Effective 1 October 2026. These terms cover the GP+ Gold Prices iOS app (GP اسعار الذهب).

Using the app

By downloading or using GP+ Gold Prices, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Prices are informational

Gold, silver, karat, and currency figures are estimates for general information. They can be delayed, incomplete, or different from the price a shop, bank, or exchange actually charges. Prices exclude making charges, taxes, and dealer spreads unless a screen says otherwise. The zakat figure is an estimate based on a standard nisab and rate. It is not a religious ruling.

Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is an offer to buy or sell gold, silver, or currency.

Ads and third-party content

The app shows advertisements and may open web content inside the app. Those ads and pages come from other parties. We are not responsible for their content, offers, or privacy practices.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to break its services, scrape it in a way that disrupts price providers, or use it for unlawful activity.

Availability

The app and its price feeds are provided as available. Market data, ads, and network services can stop or change without notice. We may update or withdraw features.

Apple

These terms are between you and the app publisher, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for trading losses, pricing differences, or decisions you make using the figures shown in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The effective date will change with the update.
